- Login verification codes
- Account creation verification codes
- Account access and security verification codes
- Support-related verification codes when requested by the customer
AiAir uses text messaging to send one-time passcodes and verification codes to customers who choose SMS account verification.
By entering your mobile phone number through AiAir account setup, login, support, or another AiAir form and checking the separate SMS consent box, you agree to receive one-time passcodes and verification codes from AiAir LLC.
The phone number field is optional, and the SMS consent checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase or use AiAir services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any AiAir text message.
After you reply STOP, AiAir will send a confirmation message and will stop sending SMS messages to that phone number unless you opt in again.
For help, reply HELP to any AiAir text message or contact AiAir support at support@aiair.pro.
