AiAir SMS Terms

AiAir uses text messaging for user-requested account verification codes and verified, customer-initiated Ask AiAir customer care conversations.

This SMS program is transactional and customer initiated. AiAir does not use it to send marketing or promotional messages.

Login and account verification codes requested by the customer
Account access and security verification codes
Replies to verified customers who initiate an Ask AiAir support conversation
Transactional answers about account help, room comfort, system status, schedules, air quality, and energy information

SMS consent and opt in

By entering your optional mobile phone number through AiAir and checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box, you agree to receive account verification/login codes and verified, customer-initiated Ask AiAir support replies from AiAir LLC.

The phone number field is optional, the SMS consent checkbox is separate from Terms and Privacy acceptance, and it is unchecked by default. SMS consent is not required to purchase or use AiAir services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out instructions

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any AiAir text message.

After you reply STOP, AiAir will send a confirmation message and will stop sending SMS messages to that phone number unless you opt in again.

Privacy policy for SMS

AiAir collects phone numbers only when customers provide them for account access, verification, support, or related service purposes.

AiAir uses SMS contact information to send requested verification codes and replies to verified customer-initiated support conversations. AiAir does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information, mobile numbers, or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

AiAir may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate the SMS service, deliver messages, maintain security, comply with law, or support the AiAir customer account.
